What is taking so long for form 8911?n

What is taking so long?  I’ve been ready to file my taxes for over a month now and I can’t because it now says march 1 the form will be ready.  Earlier it said 2/21 then 2/28 and now 3/1.  This is very frustrating.  I keep getting emails saying I can file now, but I log in and it says I can’t file waiting on this form.  What’s the hold up?

They are holding me up as well and just keep delaying the update. We need to know what is going on, or I will stop using Turbotax.
