I did reset my pw and still cant get my verification code i am not getting the text to my phone

My answer did not include all of the solutions. I would try to use your Email Address as that may be a little faster.

Password reset is not working, it sends a code to my email or text to my phone. I entered the code. It then redirects me directly back to enter my password instead of directing me to create a new password.
