The IRS is working on your return.  You have to wait.

It means that the return has not been processed by the IRS yet. It could be normal processing or it could be slightly more delayed if you are claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC), due to the PATH Act.
