What does STATE-901 mean my state got rejected because of this?

Hi there,

I don't have a definite solution but wanted to share I got the same rejection email.  When I logged in and did a review it says the State was rejected because the Federal that it's linked with hasn't been accepted yet. I think the IRS Federal are delayed this year and only opened on 2/12.  In the past my federal was always accepted within days of filing so I'm hoping this is an easy fix and once my federal is accepted we can efile State again.
