The primary documents are the Form(s) W-2 reporting all wages and salaries and all withheld taxes and benefits received. If you had a bank account or investments that paid interest, all Forms1099-INT. Similary. For dividends, Forms 1099-DIV, and Form 1099-B for any investment transactions. The list just goes on and on - educational expenses reported, local and state taxes paid. All of this is covered in the interview as you proceed.
