If you have any questions, call the Department of Revenue at (502) 564-4581.

Or, you may Register for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments and pay EFT Debits online. To use this service, you will need a Kentucky.gov user account. If you already have one, you can login. Otherwise, please create a new Kentucky.gov account.
