What do I do if I can't transfer my .tax2017 file into my 2018 Premier Windows software? I click on the transfer return button, but it doesn't import?

I have the 2018 Turbotax Premier for Windows and used the same 2017 software. When I get to the Good News screen, it finds my .tax2017 file, but when I click on Transfer Return, it briefly shows "reading your return" then nothing happens. Same thing happens when trying to read the 2017 PDF.

Solved it myself. I went to uninstall it from Windows and selected the "repair" option. After repairing and restarting, I was able to successfully transfer my previous return.
