You do not have anything to enter at this time if you have not paid any of it back. Right now you enter the amount of unemployment you received in 2021 per your 1099G. If that changes at a later time, you will be entering it on a 2022 return since the repayment will not happen until at least sometime in 2022.
Since you did not give back money in 20021 nothing goes into this return. For the future see this

You will have to report what was reported to you on Form 1099-G. If you have to repay some of your unemployment benefits paid in a previous year and the amount is less than $3,000 you will get not be able to deduct the amount or receive any tax credit for the repayment. If the amount is over $3,000 you will be able to deduct it as an itemized deduction on your 2022 tax return
