What do I do I don't have access to the email address they have on file for me how do I change it ?

Follow these steps to update your email address:

Sign in to your Intuit account
Select Sign in & security
Select Email address
Enter your new email address, confirm it and select Save

If you no longer have access to your email address and can't sign in to your TurboTax account, fill out our Account Recovery Request Submission Form.
