What can be done with my taxes that I just tried to file and now it said I don't get taxes back?

It is unclear why you are receiving that message. You can, however, Check Your E-File Status Here  with our TurboTax E-File Tool. Once your return has been accepted and processed by the IRS, you can use the IRS website Where's My Refund? to check your refund status.
