I received a one time bonus in 2018, included in my total wages on my W-2. Company withdrew the appropriate amount of taxes. What is the best way to report it?

Were the taxes also reported on your W-2?

Both the bonus wages and the tax withheld should be on the W-2.  So you just enter the W-2 and that is all you need to do.

If the W-2 does not show both the bonus wages and the withheld taxes, you need to contact your employer to get a corrected W-2.
