Webull import failing on turbotax 2022 desktop for mac

I tried entering account number and ssn to import my webull 1099b but it fails. I was able to import 1099-b from other institutions though.

Turbotax forums have lots of similar complaints for previous tax years and I tried using apex as the institution name but that did not work either
