we recommend you revisit the last topic you were working on to make sure all your info's correct

I am stuck trying to enter a W2 manually, but it keeps giving the error:

we recommend you revisit the last topic you were working on to make sure all your info's correct

it does not say what is wrong other than "the last topic" which is not helpful.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.

If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.

See if you put zeroes in a field that needs to be left blank.  Even if there is a zero on the form, sometimes TurboTax will not accept zero and you have to leave that field blank in TurboTax.

I keep having the same problem I've had to shut down and reboot the computer four times already This is causing so much unnecessary stress with TurboTax

There is something wrong with the data you have entered.  Most common is zero in a field that should be blank or putting a state name on a W-2 that has no tax amount.  Go through your form carefully.  Do not put zeroes in TurboTax data fields even if the document has zeroes.  The zero will not work in TurboTax.
