We PAID TT to file 2022 state taxes, then were to mail the return - we did not mail it. Now we need to file. FAQ says we need to PAY to download software. Is that right?!

We paid TurboTax $39 to prepare our state WI state taxes in 2022; however, we didn't mail the return. Now we're getting mail instructing us to file this return. FAQ instructs us to download TurboTax Desktop to file. This costs money. Do we have to pay an additional charge for the Desktop version to file when we've already paid $39 for TurboTax to prepare them?

Do you have a copy?  Just print it out and mail it now.  If you need to use the Desktop program to open it and print then ask support for the Desktop program.
