We need to make one more check - Turbo Tax Deluxe 2019

I'm trying to file Fed and NYS returns electronically.  Every time I click transmit returns now, turbo tax message pops up "We Need to Make One More Check.  Everything looks great on your return.  We've double-checked it for accuracy and to make sure you got all the tax breaks you deserve.  But before you e-file, we need a little more information that we didn't need earlier."

Next options are change filing methods or continue.  And after clicking continue it takes us back to transmit returns now.

 

however there are no errors & nothing to update.  Please help...

You may want to log out, clear your cookies and cache, and then log back in. 

 

Here's how:

 

Each browser has a slightly different method for deleting cookies. Choose the browser you're using:

 

A full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, so sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files).

 

Here are the official instructions for the most popular browsers:

Apple's official support site doesn't appear to contain instructions for clearing the cache in Safari. Your best bet is to search the Internet for clear Safari cache or similar search terms.

I cleared cookies and cache, still getting same error.  I'm using Desktop version, it really shouldn't have an effect on browser setting.

As we cannot see your information on the public forum, I recommend trying the following and if that doesn't help, please contact us for assistance.

 

You can see if you can update your software by doing the following: 

  1. Select the Online menu at the top
  2. Then select Check for Updates.

Click the Help button on the top menu bar.

  1. Then select TurboTax Help Center.
  2. A popup window will pop up and allow you to type in a search or ask for help.
  3. Once you type in your information here, you will also be prompted to have someone call you if needed on the next screen.  You will need to enter your information in this section.

This will allow you to get product support.
