Refund for accrued interest paid for faulty tax computed by turbotax?

We have an ACcuracy Guarantee program under which you can submit a claim for interest paid on additional tax due if the additional tax was caused by a Turbotax calculation error in a 2015 or earlier return.  Here's information on how to submit:
