We don't have an e-filing fee; what you are paying is the preparation fee. But yes, there are two separate fees for Federal and State. The Deluxe charge is $54.99 and the State fee is $39.99. Now, if you choose to pay those fees with your return, there will be another charge of $34.99 and that is a processing fee. You can bypass that fee by paying with a credit card.
