I only received 1 paycheck from this employer in 2016. The boxes on my w2 are empty except for 18, 19, and 20. What should I do?

If you did receive wages from this employer and your Form W-2 is not reflecting the correct information, you should contact your employer for a corrected Form W-2. As IRS also receives a copy of your Form W-2, it is important for you to report accurate and corrected information on your Form 1040.

We are retired. All of our retirement income is reported to us on form !099-R. The W2 income section is not compatible. How do we start the form 1099R income?
