Wages left blank, Can't file electronically

I am a LIVE IN IHSS Provider, therefore my wage's are NOT taxed Federally.  But I still get taxed with SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE.  Which mean's my WAGE'S box is left BLANK.  Turbo Tax give's me an ERROR, saying that I can't file my Taxe's ELECTRONICALLY, because the IRS won't accept the WAGE'S box being BLANK.  I'm VERY upset about that.  I went ahead and MAILED IT.  Waited 6 weeks, just to find out, the IRS said they received my NICELY packaged envelope, all DAMAGED.  Now if I have to send it again by MAIL, I have to wait a other 6 week's.  Thank's sooo much...

The IRS determines how they receive an e-filed tax return, not TurboTax.  The IRS requires that to e-file a federal tax return it must have taxable income entered.  If there is no taxable income entered on the federal tax return, it can only be printed and mailed.
