W4 for Federal & State

I’m having trouble filling out my w4 form. I claim HOH, with 2 dependents, and they haven’t taken any State or Federal taxes out. My 2021 and 2022 W2s showed no taxes withheld from State and Federal. I need help. Please.

I am including the W-4 calculator below to help you figure out how to complete the W-4.

W-4 Calculator 2023 

A piece of advice, look at your current pay stub and see if there is any withholding for federal and state taxes. If not, contact your employer to change the W-4 and then fill it out based on the W-4 Calculator.
