I haven't worked at this location since October 2021. I received a W2 from that employer this year for my 2022 taxes with no numerical value in any of the boxes except for 14. It was for this community fund you could opt in to contribute for and it would take X amount of money out of your paycheck. The value is $1. Do I have to file this? If I do I won't be able to efile my returns and I would have to do it by mail because there's no other value on this W2 (Box 1 is at 0 or less than $1 = can't efile returns).

No, you do not enter this W-2 on your tax return since the only amount is in box 14.
Sorry for a more personal question. but if you work for them since 10/21 where is your pay reflected?
