W2 Import issue - TurboTax Deluxe 2021

For some reason I am unable to import my W2 .

The company Fidelity Investments - NetBenefits is on the partner list with Turbo Tax.

Are you an employee of Fidelity?   Why are you trying to import a W-2 from them?

Or are you trying to import something else---like a 1099R, 1099B, etc.?   What are you trying to import?

Yeah I am employee of Fidelity.

When I put the Employer ID Number (EIN) , it does not prompt to import W2 ?

Did you enter the amount from box 1 of your W-2?   Even if your employer is partnered to allow import of your W-2 you need the amount from box 1.

It is not working.

After entering the Employer EIN number, there is no prompt to enter  box 1 of  W-2
