W2 has wrong address and middle name printed twice. Should I enter in as-printed or correctly?

Enter it as printed.  The IRS already has the W-2 so you need to enter it the same as received by the IRS.

Thank you.  In other searches, folks have said that a wrong address is not a problem, but names should be corrected.  Name is not wrong, just printed twice.  Is it safe to assume that both of these conditions are acceptable to submit as-is?
