W2 and Form 1098

I'm on an H1B visa, and my spouse is on an H4 visa from May 2022 onwards. Before that, I was on F1, and my spouse was on F2. In 2021, I filled out tax offline (married filing separately) with Form 1040-NR, Form 8843 for me, and Form 8843 for my spouse.

This year I am thinking of filing taxes online with TurboTax. I have a few questions:

1. I have W2 and Form 1098 (we bought a new house in May 2022) with me. How can I file tax (2022) with TurboTax? Assisted | Basic plan is enough for me?
2. For the new house, do I need to submit anything other than Form 1098?
3. My spouse has no ITIN or SSN; previously, he filed Form 8843 (while on F2). Is there any form like 8843 for H4?

I am a first-time user of TurboTax. So, your help will be really appreciated.

It depends.  To clarify, how long have you and your spouse lived in the United States?
