No, you don't need a corrected W-2. Report the amount from your W-2 Box 14, and select "overtime" in the dropdown category.
Later in the interview, you will be asked to confirm that the amount reported is correct. The interview will state your W-2 shows $XXX in overtime pay, but you can change it if the qualified overtime pay is different. Check the box I need to change this amount.
Note, only the "half" pay from time-and-a-half (the overtime premium) is deductible. There is also an income phaseout (this starts at $150,000 for single filers and $3000,000 for married filing jointly).
