W-2 box 15 employer id

Box 15 is blank on my W-2 but turbotax is making me enter in something in order to efile. Any suggestions?

Do you have state income in box 16 and 17?
suggestions? yes. copy in the employer ID from box b.

Or

clear the State if no income from that state.
