W-2 Box 12 reporting issue

I can not file a return because of your W-2 box 12 issue? I think all Turbo Tax users deserve a better explanation than check with us after February 7th. I like many others have used Turbotax since their inception and deserve better responses. I think I'll switch to another platform next year if this isn't fixed ASAP! This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!
