Virginia 2021 Tax Return

My 2021 Virginia State Tax submission file includes elements of my federal return (1040, 1040 Schedule 1, Schedule 2, Schedule 3, Schedule B, Schedule D, Form 8949, Form 8606, Form 8995, Form 8959, Form 8960, Form 8582). Should these federal return forms be included with my Virginia submission?

If you efile, TurboTax will transmit the information for your federal return with your state return as required.  If you are mailing the return, check your instructions to see which forms need to be mailed.

State advises 2021  payment was not received You sent verification that $877 was accepted and this was sent to you  for payment.

@kohlerfred - Turbo Tax wouldn't pay your taxes on your behalf; it would file the tax return. 

when you state "this was sent to you for payment" - who is the 'you' you are referring to? Turbo Tax? 

1) Check you bank balance - do you have a charge for $877? 

2) check the documents that Turbo Tax produced - there was a set of instructions.  What does it state about paying your VA taxes?
