My sons sadly getting into the world of taxes. Last year was the first year he had to pay taxes. i went through a paper form with him. we did turbotax on line to actually file. $53. ok. thats cool. this year he went to do it. $185. wait. what? $185? same number of documents. nothing new. and they didnt tell him till the very end where it was pay or waste all that time and frustration. You tricked us this year. never again. you have an enemy in me. Next year he goes to my tax guy. he charges $60. I will tell any one who listens, how Turbotax scammed my son. you people should be ashamed of yourselves. I get that from politicians, used car salesmen but really? tax prep? tricking my young adult son? wow. scum
