Why is my state refund being sent by check via the mail when I was charged twice to have it deposited on my Turbo Tax Debit card?

VA State refund

There is no fees to direct deposit your refund, the only fees Turbo Tax charges is the fee to use the software to prepare your return, or the fees to deduct those fees from your federal refund.
