The online steps to change your User ID, which I did NOT self-assign, do not work. Every time I go to Sign In & Security, Select User ID, it asks me to enter my password and there is NO link to change it and Save. Been trying this for over an hour. How do you make this security change since this User ID is not something I created?
And...the online steps to change your bank account information for direct deposit of your refund do not work either. There is no link/tab next to "File" that brings up any such information and need to verify what is currently there and make a change BEFORE I file. How do you do this one too?

In your situation, it is recommended that you first log out of your TurboTax Online and delete your cookies.

Then, to change your User ID or Password, you'll want to be logged in to your TurboTax online account.
