Sounds like the PDF didn't generate completely. Please make sure your PDF software has been updated to the most recent version.
If you are using TurboTax Online, please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies, a full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
If you are using TurboTax CD Download software, you'll want to make sure your TurboTax software is updated.

I was online with another expert after I posted the question to community.
Had to turn-off all antivirus software as well as firewalls to successfully file the returns. Thanks
