Use cd activation on download

can I use my cd activation code on a new computer download after I already activated the cd version on a different computer?

There is this FAQ that says NO. But it might be old now that you have to sign into your account even with the CD this year.

See this FAQ. It says....you can download your software directly from TurboTax. But, keep in mind, you can't use both the CD and the download — you must use one or the other.

Another user posted this. If you have a computer with a CD drive or know someone, you can try copying the CD to a USB flash drive and use that to install the program.
