The only restriction is having too much income.
How are you supporting yourself and your child if you have no reportable income? Are you and the child a dependent of someone else?
If you have no income to report on a 2021 tax return then you are not eligible to receive the child tax credit on a 2021 tax return.
if you do not have qualifying income you will have to repay the advance credits come 4/15/2022. that's approx $1800.

Do you have income that's not documented? If so, you have to file a tax return and report the income. You have to report all your income, whether or not it's "documented."
You said you are receiving $300 a month for your daughter, but you also ask about "my daughter receiving her tax credit." Is the $300 that you are receiving the advance payments of the Child Tax Credit (the first payment was in July)? If so, your daughter would not receive a credit herself.
