My employer changed payroll services in 2016. how do i import my information from the 2nd service (Amcheck). I do not have the W-2. Thanks

Unfortunately you will need info from the W2 form in order to import. This is done to ensure that no one else other than you can access your data. You can typically get the W2 electronically from the payroll provider's website directly.
