Number sucks.  I one live will ever answer. State refund accepted but never deposited. Will not recommend. For reference used this service for many years. Never had a problem until this year.

@golbeziv Only the State can tell you the status of the refund,. Accepted is not the same as Approved, which is  a later step..

It was accepted on March 28 and approved on April 3 according to Az state website. Says that it can take 2 days once approved. Still nothing.

Unfortunately, the issue is between the state and your bank. TT does not receive tax refunds. Ask AZ to trace the deposit.
