I have completed my taxes and am ready to e-file my federal return using TTX on Windows 10. When I try to transmit my return I receive a message stating "unable to transmit your returns" and says I need a secure connection. I have tried to follow the FAQ provided with the message but had no luck. Is there any help for this? I contacted customer service and they said that it was due to heavy loads of users transmitting returns and to try again later during non-peak hours... That seems like a crap answer and will not resolve anything... Any help???
