I received a Canadian Revenue Agency Form T5008 for sale of stocks I was awarded while working for a Canadian company. Even with Turbo Tax Premier, however, I am unable to input anything aside from a 1099-B. I am not being asked if I have a 1099-B; I am only being directed to fill out information from a 1099-B.
This seems like a technical issue, no? It seems as if I am supposed to be able to have the option to chose that I do not have a 1099-B and therefore to manually fill out a few lines of information.
I called Customer Service and was on hold for 40 minutes while the representative researched the issue until I was told I was being transferred; the transfer was actually to end the call.
