Unable to enter property taxes for property without a mortgage

I have never had a problem before and have been using Turbotax Premier for years, but this year I started with the property I have a 1098 from the mortgage and once that is entered, I am unable to enter the taxes paid on my other two properties.  They are land I have owned for years and my primary home both owned outright.  Is there a glitch that will hopefully be fixed?
