I am up to the point where I am being asked from the previous year: "Do I still have donation for this charity" etc. I have several on the list and when I click "yes" to the first it then opens up the second. Its at that point that I can no longer click on the second one for either "yes" or "no".
I have tried on different browsers and on my phone and its the same result. Can anyone help??

Perhaps...try some of the suggestions presented in this post:
Some have found that uninstalled WIN 10 updates are causing the issue ... check for updates and then reboot the computer until they are all installed ... may need to reboot multiple times.
