I keep getting error message:

 

This app can't run on your PC.

To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher

Does your computer not meet the system requirements?

If you cannot use the desktop download seek a refund for the download and use online TurboTax instead.  You cannot use the license key to pay for online TT.
