Unable to download Charles Schwab 1099-B to TurboTax

After numerous fails, I Installed Chrome and was able to get Turbo Tax to download my 1099-B. The Stock sales, Dividend and Interest data in Turbo Tax was verified as accurate.  I upgraded to TT Premier first and this did not help.  It was Chrome with no configurations for protection that did the trick.
