Unable to connect with server I clear my browser's cookies and cache then reboot my computer. The same problem appears again. Please help

I have tried logging into TurboTax from several different computers and times. It keeps showing the same status:

Oops It appears there was a drop in our connection.  Sometimes the connection between your browser and our server can be dropped as it traverses the internet.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Have you tried directly connecting to your internet as well versus using wi-fi?  If you have already attempted this, so we can take a closer look, please reach out to us directly using the Help Article here.  This ensures you will get to the correct department as quickly as possible.
