Unable to connect with server I clear my browser's cookies and cache then reboot my computer. The same problem appears again. Please help

I have tried logging into TurboTax from several different computers and times. It keeps showing the same status:

Oops It appears there was a drop in our connection.  Sometimes the connection between your browser and our server can be dropped as it traverses the internet.
 
 Try Again

Does anyone know what is going on?
