I too, receive the same message as others during 'Activation,' 'You're not connected to the Internet.' I added TT to my Norton 360 'App permissions,' I rebooted my PC as instructed, reloaded the TT software at the 'Repair~Reinstall' option, but repeatedly receive the same error message. I purchased the license code at Costco, my fiber internet is working properly at 553.68 Mbps DOWNLOAD and 490.31 Mbps UPLOAD, and I am using 'Malwarebytes Service.' I have yet to enter my license code -- I haven't yet progressed to that stage. What is my next step to complete 'Activation?'

In other threads, folks have found out that there IS a problem with the TTX servers for the activation code.
Some got thru later some haven't....could be spotty until that server is fully fixed....but it is being worked on.
Should be fixed by tomorrow, so wait until then to try again.
I am having problem activating my Turbotax premier which I purchased from Costco. It is asking me for intuit login and password but I am unable to move forward with activation as it stuck in a loop and kept asking me for my intuit login and password and never logged in for activation. Please advise
