TurboTax won't let me file my state return. Says it should be available to file today, but still isn't. Should I just go somewhere else to do my taxes?

Apparently there are new laws in my state that affect taxes this year.  I tried filing weeks ago when I got my W2 and it said they were updating everything and should be able to file on 31st. Today is the 31st and of course it still won't let me file it. How long is it going to take or should I just go somewhere like H&R block to get it done and get my return back? I've been using TurboTax for 8 years so it's kind of a bummer I may have to go somewhere else just to get my taxes done quickly.   But at the same time, I'm not going to wait weeks for TurboTax to let me file it either.  I am NOT interested in only filing my federal. I want them done in one go as I do every year.  Has anyone else had this problem?? And how long before you were able to file? I figure I'll wait a day or two to see then I'll just go up to H&R block.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Make sure you have ran all updates.
