Turbotax won't let me e-file because it says that I need Form 1116, Schedule B "which will be available in a future product update."

I just updated my Turbotax Deluxe Desktop, and I can now e-file my taxes.  No more errors regarding Form 1116.  Thanks for the fix.

Turbotax won't let me e-file because it says that I need Form 1116, Schedule B "which will be available in a future product update."

I'm using Turbo Tax Desktop. I've updated the software today 3/18/2022 and the Form 1116 is not available. I did follow the link to see when forms are available and both forms 1116 and 1116 Schedule B are listed as available. Is there a fix?

Turbotax won't let me e-file because it says that I need Form 1116, Schedule B "which will be available in a future product update."

Thanks! I followed earlier instructions to delete the form (with the title "Do not file.").  Credit was way less than $600 for married/filing jointly.  Foreign tax credit was still in the 1099 form and I was able to file without error!

I was able to e-file with no problem, but I now need to amend my return, as one of my 1099-DIVs was corrected after I had filed my return. The system is throwing out the amended return because it says the Form 1116 B needs to be attached to the efile set. How can I do this? Or does TT need to make an update to the amendment process?

If you are using the desktop version, please follow the instructions here to update your software. 

 

If you are using the online version, please follow the instructions here to clear the cache.

So I followed the instructions. My TurboTax shows as up to date when I check for updates. When I tried to a apply the super patch, get this result.

 When take a pdf copy of the material to be filed, the missing form is there, but it does not get into the e-file version.
