TurboTax Windows 2022/23 Frozen on "Audit Protection" Step

I'm amending my returns from 2023 and 2022. Filling out everything has been smooth sailing, but when I get to the end to file my amended returns, the app stops working. I'm in the "Audit Protection" section and right after giving me instructions to mail in my federal return, it says to click "Continue" to E-File my state return. It will take me to the next page, titled "Let's get ready to file your taxes", but nothing happens when clicking "Continue" from there. Clicking into the "Summary" tab, which seems to be the next area, brings me to a page that states my state return has already been filed. I have to assume that is referring to the original return, and not the amended one, though, as I have not received an email from TurboTax stating that I have amended the 2023 or 2022 returns.
