Turbotax -- Will you give us a discount or refund against the fees we paid for this Turbotax software side 8960_Hold Rejection issue? You acknowledged this was Turbotax's software's fault, I'm glad you fixed it, but your communication and acknowledgement was poor, and you didn't even update the community when the problem was fixed and had to rely on users like me to test it out to tell others that the IRS accepted the filing. We shouldn't have to be your guinea pigs, the least you can do is help waive or reduce some of our fees? What do you think community?
