I just called this morning and spent 15 minutes talking to a Help agent regarding this issue, they were unaware, but I prompted them to look up "8960_Hold" in the forums. They will pass this up to their leads. Recommended that TurboTax issue a statement to the users officially on the resolution of this problem, and it would be nice for them to offer a concession on the fees as well.
